Art Deco & Nouveau Earrings

Decorative art style from the 1920s and 1930s, characterized by precise and bold geometric shapes and strong colors and used most notably in everything from architecture, furniture, art, and jewelry.  The term Art Deco is a shortened form of the event's name: Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes (International Exposition of Modern Industrial and Decorative Arts). The Art Deco movement was an extension of Art Nouveau.
