Commissioned Sales Position

Cates Concepts is looking for Sales Representatives to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include making sales presentations, product demonstrations as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need a sense of humor, the ability to talk to all age groups. Previous sales experience with B2B or fundraising groups a huge advantage.

Job Description

  • Generating Leads
  • Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
  • Give sales demonstrations to both business and schools
  • Maintaining Client records
  • Listening to customers and generating new product ideas
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payments from clients
  • Preparing Quotes and sales contracts for orders
  • Answering clients questions
  • Stepping clients through fundraising ideas.
  • Visiting with clients to demonstrate products, evaluate needs, and promote products and service.

Sales Representative Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Sales, Teaching, Public Relation, Communication, Business or a related field)
  • Experience in sales
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to understand the needs of fundraisers
  • Extrovert with desire to see you customer succeed.
  • Experience using word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Ability to listen and create school fundraisers that adapt to the clients needs. (We are not popcorn and Cookie Dough.)
