The San Antonio Christmas Showcase returns to Freeman Coliseum Expo Hall on November 21–22, 2026. If you are planning a holiday shopping outing in San Antonio, here are the event details to know before you go.
When is the San Antonio Christmas Showcase?
The 47th Annual San Antonio Christmas Showcase takes place Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22, 2026.
- Saturday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. for general admission. VIP early entry begins at 9 a.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Where is it?
The event is at Freeman Coliseum Expo Hall, 3201 E. Houston St., San Antonio, TX 78219. The event organizer lists parking at $10 per car and directs visitors to enter through Gate A. Check the official Christmas Showcase website before leaving in case event-day instructions change.
What can shoppers expect?
The organizer describes more than 300 vendors, with gifts and products for different interests and budgets. The event listing also highlights seasonal décor, handmade goods, fashion, gourmet treats, holiday food, craft workshops, Winery Row, package check, Santa visits, and a Kids Zone. Specific vendors and activities can vary, so check the event website for current details.
Tickets and admission
Children 16 and under are listed as free. General admission and a limited VIP early shopper package are available through the official event website. Ticket prices and online fees may change, so confirm the current options before purchasing. The VIP package includes early Saturday entry; the organizer notes that everyone in a group, including children, needs a VIP ticket to enter early.
Tips for planning your visit
- Choose a day and arrival time in advance, especially if you want the Saturday VIP early entry.
- Allow time for parking and getting into the Expo Hall.
- Bring a shopping list and a budget; a large vendor event can offer more to browse than you can cover in one pass.
- If you plan to attend with children, check the organizer’s latest information about Santa and Kids Zone activities.
- Verify hours, admission, parking, and event details on the official site shortly before the weekend.
