Geek'd Con - Shreveport LA

I have to admit one of my favorite places to sell earrings is at comic conventions. I recently had the opportunity to sell at Geek'd Con in Shreveport. This maybe a small con, but it was a ton of fun and definitely growing. It's only three years old and I had asked several of my friends about it and no-one had heard of it. I have been doing Craft shows, Farmers Market, Rodeos, and Comic Conventions for about 10 months now.  One of the things that i wish I had when I got start was a checklist of things I needed when I was on the road.  Nothing sucks more that to be at a venue and sudden realize that you're missing something basic.  So in the next few blog post I am going to talk about basic things to consider when going out to a show. I got my coffee and I'm ready to go.   The event runs from 8:30am to 6:00pm I will be...
