Shipping policy

General Shipping

We are able to ship anywhere within the United States. Orders ship Monday-Friday. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure successful delivery.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email notification within this timeframe to confirm that your order is on the way.

Local Delivery and Store Pickup

Store Pickup: Orders can be picked up daily at our location in Corinth, TX. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery: Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. Orders placed before 3 PM during store hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered on the next business day.

Shipping Calculation

Based on Weight and Distance: Most items weigh 0.3 oz or lower, and our shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery distance to your location.

Carrier Rates: We utilize standard carrier rates to determine precise shipping costs, which may fluctuate based on the weight and destination of your package.

How to View Shipping Costs: Before finalizing your order, you will see a detailed breakdown of shipping costs based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Costs are figured at checkout, and you will be provided with a variety of options for shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • Economy Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Free for orders over $50.
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Free for orders over $100.
  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Available upon request.

Estimated delivery times will be given prior to checkout and may vary depending on your location and the weight of your package.

International Shipping

  • We are able to offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination. Additional fees and customs duties may apply. Please contact us at jeff@cateconcepts.com for more information about international shipping options.

Important Considerations

  • Packaging: Packages are normally shipped in a 4x4x2 cardboard box with packing materials to ensure safety during shipping.
  • Package Dimensions: While primarily based on weight, certain large or bulky items may incur additional shipping charges due to their dimensions.
  • Handling Time: Packages are sent within 3 business days of receiving the order. Please allow 1-2 additional business days for order processing and packaging before shipment.
  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to all regions within the United States and select international locations.
  • Default Carrier: Shipping is done through USPS unless the customer requests a different service.

Holiday Shipping Information

  • All delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Please keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes the fastest shipping method at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at jeff@cateconcepts.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
